About Policies
Quoted premiums include all policy and administrative fees. ChoiceQuoteSM does not add any fees or charges. After the guarantee period, premiums may increase subject to the maximum premium shown in the insurance policy you receive.Each insurance company reserves the right to receive an application, and to an insurance company-paid examination, if required. The insurance company will review your medical and your personal history. On completion of this more extensive review call underwriting, the company you select will determine your premium classification. As a result, the final premiums offered could differ from the on-line quote.
